 I Personally Used Kaplan Qbank "Book" & USMLEWorld QBank "Online Subscription" for 4 months. The Kaplan QBamk Book Was So Good & Cleared a lot many Concepts.  As for USMLEWorld Qbank, No Doubt, It is a MUST DO Qbank for Everyone & the Explanations are So Damm GOOD. You will have Every thing Cleared up & Learned if you Do it All. And i Know Online You Can Download it for free the 2008 Version But it's Best to use the Online Subscription as it Gives you Great Analysis Reports of All your Tests. There are Many BENEFITS OF USING AN ONLINE SUBSCRIPTION,,,

1. You can choose the Test Modes( Timed, Untimed , Tutor,etc)

2. You can Choose Subjects & Organ Systems to take tests from,,
